These stats were originally compiled for the December 11, 2013 issue of The Arkansas Traveler.
61.5 - Percentage of three-point shots made by the Arkansas men’s basketball team in the first half of its last two games. The Razorbacks were 8-for-13 behind the arc against Southeastern Louisiana and Clemson.
111 - Points scored by Arkansas against Southeastern Louisiana Dec. 3. That is tied for the 39th most points scored in a single game in UA history. It was also the second time the Razorbacks have scored at least 100 points since Mike Anderson became the head coach.
14 - Players who made at least one field goal in Arkansas’ 111-65 victory over Southeastern Louisiana. That means every eligible player on the Razorbacks’ roster made at least one shot.
46.7 - Percentage of three-point shots made by Arkansas against Clemson Saturday. The Razorbacks were 10-for-21 behind the arc.
40 - Percentage of two-point shots made by Arkansas against Clemson Saturday. The Razorbacks were 12-for-30 inside the three-point line.
15.8 - Points per game scored by sophomore guard Michael Qualls. Qualls leads the Razorbacks in scoring and is one of only nine players in the Southeastern Conference with at least 10 points in all of his team’s games.
.750 - Arkansas’ winning percentage against teams from the Big Seven conferences (ACC, The American, Big East, Big Ten, Big XII, Pac-12, SEC). The Razorbacks have wins over SMU, Minnesota and Clemson and a loss to Cal.
.333 - Winning percentage by other SEC teams against the Big Seven conferences, as of Dec. 9. Missouri and Arkansas are the only SEC teams with three wins over teams in those conferences.
43 - Points per game scored by the Arkansas women’s basketball team’s opponents. The Razorbacks have the best scoring defense in the NCAA.
3 - Times Arkansas has started a season 10-0. The women’s team started 15-0 in the 2007-08 season, 12-0 in 2010-11 and are 10-0 this season.
31.9 - Average margin of victory in Arkansas’ 10 victories this season. The Razorbacks won by an average of 19.9 in the first 10 games of the 2007-08 season and 12.4 in the first 10 games of the 2010-11 season.
46.1 - Percent of Arkansas’ points scored by true freshmen through 10 games. Jessica Jackson leads the Razorbacks with 14.6 points per game, as of Dec. 9.
7.2 - Assists per game by junior point guard Calli Berna. She is on pace to have 209 assists in the regular season. The UA single-season record is 208, which Berna set last season.
6.2 - Assists per game by Donna Wilson during the 1988-89 season. That is the record for most assists per game in a single season in UA history.
1,014 - Career digs by senior libero Emily Helm. She collected 29 digs in Arkansas’ four-set loss to Creighton in the first round of the NCAA tournament, moving her into a tie for eighth place on the UA career digs list. Helm’s 29 digs were also a UA record for an NCAA tournament game.
